From Nonprofit Roots to Growing Impact, Staying True to Our Mission

La Fuerza Latina Agency grew out of La Fuerza Latina, a nonprofit founded with a simple but powerful vision: to ensure that Latinx students with the passion and potential to pursue higher education are not held back by a lack of access or resources. What began as a community effort to support local students has grown into a broader commitment to expanding Latinx leadership and opportunity in our region. Understanding the unique challenges faced by underserved Latinx scholars, La Fuerza Latina offers comprehensive support, including SAT preparation and college application guidance to mentorship that extends well into college life. Every step of the way, students are embraced by a community that believes in their brilliance and walks with them on their journey. La Fuerza Latina remains a nonprofit dedicated to educational access.

La Fuerza Latina Agency operates as a separate LLC, but its roots are deeply connected to the nonprofit that inspired it. While the nonprofit focuses on educational pathways, the agency works to build professional pathways by supporting organizations, small businesses, and community initiatives through strategic communications and digital services.

As Director Craig Rowe so often reminds us, “When the sun rises, it rises for everyone.”

That principle continues to guide both organizations. La Fuerza Latina Agency exists because of the vision behind the nonprofit and carries that mission forward by creating opportunities for Latinx professionals, creatives, and young leaders who want to contribute their talents to strengthening their communities.
